We will review the application within 2 working days after receiving it
If the review is passed, a return address will be provided
After the product is returned and inspected, we will complete the refund process within 5 working days (return by the original route) - Shipping fee instructions
If the return is due to product quality issues, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs
If the return is due to personal reasons, the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer
