1. Does the wooden pepper grinder come with peppercorns?
    The grinders sold in our store are empty, and the product itself does not contain peppercorns. You can add black pepper, white pepper or other spices according to your personal preference.
  2. What materials are suitable for grinding?
    Our grinders are designed to grind dry whole spices such as black pepper, white pepper, sea salt, etc. It is not recommended for wet or oily ingredients.
  3. How to clean the grinder?
    Please wipe the outside with a dry cloth. The inside can be idling regularly to clean the residual particles. Do not soak or put it in the dishwasher to avoid deformation or cracking of the wood.
  4. What should I do if there is a problem with the product after receiving it?
    If the product is damaged during transportation or has quality problems, please contact us by email within 3 days after receiving the goods, and attach relevant photos, and we will assist in handling returns and exchanges.
  5. Can the order information be modified?
    If you need to modify the address or other order information, please contact us through customer service as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed.
